Get to know me
I’m originally from South Africa, born to a British mother and a South African father, and spent my early years in a peaceful holiday town. Throughout my life, I’ve navigated two marriages and raised four children on my own, which led to a profound realization: life had so much more to offer than the path I was walking.
With the guidance of a supportive friend, I began a transformative journey, discovering the power of positivity and adopting a more optimistic lifestyle. This shift sparked my unwavering desire to help others experience their own transformation.

My thirst for knowledge took me to New Zealand, where I explored counselling, immersing myself in diverse cultural perspectives while supporting clients. After settling in the UK, I earned diplomas in counselling and life coaching, making it my home base.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve connected with people from around the world, both in person and online through platforms like “7 Cups of Tea,” where I offered anonymous support.
I personally battled with anxiety, depression, and confidence challenges for nearly five years. However, the extensive training I’ve undergone fuels my deep commitment to help my clients reclaim their lives in a condensed, effective three-month framework. I am here to show you how to embrace and amplify what you already are.
For me, life coaching is far more than a career; it’s a profound form of self-expression that allows me to channel the love and understanding I have for myself, and help you discover the same for yourself.
